GSA Fashion Show 70th Anniversary, 1947-2017

A collaborative project between GSA Archives and Collections, Helena Britt in Fashion & Textiles and GSA exhibitions took place in 2016-2017 to investigate the history of the fashion show.
This included identifying and researching relevant material in GSA’s collection and doing a call-out to alumni for extra material and ‘memories’.
As a result a number of new items were donated to the collection. An exhibition was held in the Reid Ground Floor Corridor in March 2017 and several articles have also since been produced.
